Week 4 Review

Try me and know my thoughts!

And see if there be any grievous way in me,

And lead me in the way everlasting!”

Psalm 139:23-24

This week has been very challenging from the very beginning to the end.

img_5932Davide Standridge led us through the topic of ‘relationships’ during class – definitely a delicate subject and a convicting message for each one of us. It’s good to know in advance how we can prepare ourselves to be submissive wives and sacrificial husbands. And the coolest thing is that we can practice every day with the people around us – family, church leaders, authorities in general – and learn how to be more ordered and soft-hearted.

img_5933If you get the chance to pray for the seven of us, please pray that we would continue to know each other better and grow closer together. The closer we get the easier it is to see different habits and behaviors. Accepting them without complaining or gossiping is tough but that’s when LOVE occurs and FORGIVENESS is displayed. We also have to remind ourselves to pray daily for one another.

img_5934Highlights from the week include:

  • Having the chance to think about the best gifts we have ever received and be grateful
  • Worshipping in the morning – at least once -and start the day with the right step
  • Carving pumpkins – and eventually win the third price at the competition!
  • Staying together almost 24/7…. Well, let’s take it as a “highlight of the week”!

A huge thank you goes to the Pinkstons, the Drums, the Whites and the Francis family for feeding our hungry tummies!
